Buddy Watch Walk - Pier to Pier / Helping Veterans

John Ring - I serve in the Georgia Army National Guard with Delta Company 2-121 with the 48th Infantry Brigade Combat Team. I left on October 1, 2019 from the Tybee Island Pier in Georgia to walk 2,462 miles to the Santa Monica Pier in California for our Veterans. Jimmy Mathews - Jimmy served in the U.S. Army for 25 years retiring on November 14, 2019 with the rank of MSG. Jimmy served on multiple deployments to Iraq. Jimmy reached out to John shortly after the walk started inspired with the cause. Jimmy met John in Pearl, MS shortly before Thanksgiving and committed walking the entire trek with John. Mission: Talk to as many people as possible raising awareness to PTSD, TBI, MST, addiction, homelessness, and Veteran suicide. We are also collecting funds to help a 501C, Buddy Watch Inc., build tiny homes for homeless Veterans.
