Buddy Bear’s femur repair

Hello everyone!

Today 10/13/21 I had to rescue this sweet boy from the Little Sugar Creek Greenway off Sharon Rd West. He was left tied to a post most likely overnight until he was found this morning by a few folks on the greenway. Buddy Bear has a broken femur right below his hip joint and will need surgery to repair. Other than his leg and being underweight/malnourished , Bear is a happy boy. I’ll be keeping him atleast until he’s back to better health, and would appreciate any donations for his surgery. Initial estimate from the vet is around 4,000 for the femur repair, but I will update everyone once the surgeon gives the final estimate.
