<div>Since 2017, Buddy the Elf has made an annual trip to Prisma Children's Hospital to in December to take a high quality Gund teddy bear to every child, including many siblings. The next he expanded to include Serenity Place, and last year expanded again to include Shriners Hospital for Children.
