Bucks for Breanna

Donation protected
Breanna contracted Lyme disease during an Army training exercise in the summer of 2018. She has been undergoing treatment for lyme disease and co-infections for seven months. She initially made progress but then her body became unable to handle the antibiotics, leading to other complications. Her best hope is a treatment called hyperthermia, where doctors heat the patient's body to almost 107 degrees which kills the infection. This has to be done in a specialized hospital setting outside of the US.

She’s been accepted at Sanoviv Medical Institute in Mexico (just south of the California border) starting on Sunday. Because her condition is quite critical she’s going and trusting that God will provide. The cost of testing (required pre-treatment) and four nights inpatient is $5,450. The cost of hyperthermia and two weeks inpatient (required as part of treatment) is $18,550. The cost of a companion, which is required for this treatment, is $1,800. There may be additional costs for other treatments like plasmapheresis as required.

Unfortunately insurance has not covered any costs of treatment. We would so appreciate any help in getting this treatment and getting her life back. A donor has pledged to match up to $10,000.

Life is so precious. Any amount you are able to give will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
