Bucko's Cancer Treatment

We just found out that our sweet rescue dog Bucko desperately needs treatment for bone cancer which has appeared very quickly.  

He is a gentle, loving soul with a big personality who quietly seduces everyone he meets, and loves to snuggle.  He has a bohemian spirit and a very big heart.  We rescued him from a kill shelter in Ohio when he only had 24 hours left - there was something about his wonderful eyes. 



He has survived a lot and we want to help give him a chance to overcome this new challenge.  We will learn more from the oncologist after Christmas, but the vet says he needs to begin receiving treatment next week.  He is being very brave though his leg is hurting him a lot, and very patient and gentle at the vet. 




He has so much love to give and we want to give him a fighting chance.  


We will find out exactly what treatments he will require over the next week but we have already been told to prepare for an aggressive treatment.  We will update you as we find out more and thank you so much for helping us help him.  We really feel he deserves a helping hand.  Thank you so much.
