This project focuses on the urgent need for affordable mental health care and breaking the stigma around seeking help. One video will raise awareness about mental health insurance problems and encourage action, like signing a petition. The other will tackle stigma, helping people feel heard and reminding them it’s okay to seek help.

Mental health is health. We need to start treating it that way. With $200 in funding, I can ensure these videos reach at least 35,000+ people who need to see them.
