So you might have heard, on the 28th March both myself and James step into the ring to fight it out to raise money for an amazing cause.
Why boxing?
To be honest I think we both thought it was a good idea at the time ha
Just two complete novices stepping into the ring to hopefully put on a good show. Might even get a knock out for your entertainment
If your anything like our mates, that's the real reason why they are coming
What's the plan?
So from now until the 28th March myself and James have signed up to 12 weeks of coaching, taking us from not being able to hit a barn door to hopefully moving around the ring like a young AJ and an old Mike Tyson (sorry James)
How can you help?
If one of us gets knocked out, it will be worth it knowing that we have raised a decent amount of money for this awesome charity that does so much good, helping prevent young sudden cardiac deaths through awareness, screening and research, so dig deep in your pockets and we will see you on March 28th

More information about Cardiac Risk in the Young: Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) was established in 1995 to prevent young sudden cardiac deaths (YSCD, SADS) through awareness, screening and research; and to support affected families. CRY funds fast-track services at the CRY Centre for Inherited Cardiovascular Conditions and Sports Cardiology and the CRY Centre for Cardiac Pathology.
