In Memory of Zachary Hoyuela

My nephew, Zachary was diagnosed with Ewing Sarcoma in 2017, and he was diagnosed with Lupus 2015. He is 15 years old and in hospice care at his home in San Antonio, Tx. He has been in and out of the hospital since 2015. He had surgery to remove the cancer, but the doctors were unable to perform a complete resection of his tumor due to the location as it engulfed the nerves in his spine. He had chemotherapy, radiation, immunotherapy, and went through numerous medical trials but were all unsuccessful.

We are reaching out for your help to aid with medical costs, travel, lost wages, and unexpected expenses. No amount is too small or too big for helping Zachary and his family in their battle against cancer and Lupus. His parents needed to take unpaid leave from their job since his conditions worsened. Your donations will help Zachary and his family stay afloat through this time where they have reduced income and additional expenses. Due to the cancer treatment and hospice care (started 2 weeks ago), the family has incurred a substantial financial out of pocket burden and could use any possible assistance. All donations are for the benefit of Zachary's cancer & hospice care and will be distributed in full to them.
