<div>Our family is going through an incredibly difficult and unexpected custody situation, and we’re reaching out for help so we can secure proper legal representation to protect the kids’ stability, safety, and future.
</div>
<div>Recently, the children’s mother relocated out of state without notice, with the two middle children. She later returned to North Carolina, withdrew the youngest child from school without informing us, and took her back to Florida against her wishes. Since then, communication about the children’s location, schooling, and daily care has been extremely limited. One of the children is also not enrolled in school, and we have no reliable information about their education.
</div>
<div>We filed for emergency custody to bring them safely home, but the court requires a full hearing with both parties present. To move forward, we urgently need an attorney who can help us navigate the legal process, present the facts clearly, and advocate for what’s best for the kids.
</div>
<div>We’re not asking for anything beyond the ability to stand up for them in court. Every dollar raised will go directly toward:
</div>
<div>• retaining a family law attorney
</div>
<div>• filing fees and court costs
</div>
<div>• preparing for the upcoming custody hearing
</div>
<div>This situation has taken an emotional toll on our family, and especially on my partner, who is fighting through a very dark time while trying to stay strong for the kids. Your support — whether through donations or simply sharing this page — means more than we can express.
</div>
<div>Thank you for helping us fight for stability, safety, and a chance to bring the kids home.
