Pastor Bill Daniels’ (age 75) symptoms began around November 2024. He began falling frequently and was in severe pain in his leg. He went to the doctor, and they found a blood clot behind his knee. He went on blood thinners for three weeks then went back to the doctor. The first blood clot had begun to dissolve but three more were found. He had to remain on blood thinners and by this time he was very weak. Then before Christmas he began having severe stomach pain. He took 3 different trips to the ER before they discovered the problem which was a liver abscess.

He had to have two lengthy hospital stays and was placed on strong antibiotics. When finally released from the hospital he left with a picc line and drain tube still in place. He had to continue antibiotics at home.

His wife Sis. Daniels was juggling helping care for her mother, who was on hospice, as well as Bro. Daniels.

Pastor Daniels was back in the pulpit preaching by February and is doing well. Yet, the medical bills are mounting. Their out of pocket right now is $40,000. Insurance has already paid their amount and this is what’s left.

Sis. Daniels also lost her mother on February 7th. This has been a heavy mental load on her.

The Daniels are not the ones requesting the Go Fund Me. As members of their small church, we see the strain this has put on them financially. We are doing our part to help but we felt the need to reach out and ask for any extra help with this heavy matter. All donations will be greatly appreciated and a huge blessing.
