Thank you for all your support! We are now an official club at Bay Shore High School! We are also the largest club in the school and the largest esports team in the country with over 100 members at 62 participating in the High School Esports League. We are the current defending North American Champions in Rainbow 6 and Call of Duty. We placed 4th in Overwatch! We now have 11 teams competing and there are over 1000 schools in the league.
We have been features in ESPN, the Bleacher Report, News 12.
We held the first ever Long Island Overwatch Championship and this years Championship will be taking place at the NYCB Live Nassau Coliseum!
We have events scheduled for the Microsoft store in Roosevelt Field, the Boulton Center in Bay Shore and Molloy College.
We have field trips to local colleges that offer esports teams including St Thomas Aquinas, Five Towns, Molloy, New York Institute of Technology and LIU Post.
We will also be attending the the CSGO Championship at the Barclays and are one of 10 High Schools asked by Blizzard the developers of Overwatch to join their Pilot Program.
Esports have given our students community, confidence, friends and opportunities to advance their education!
Our goals for this season is to try and give students as many possibilities as possible to get out of their basement and meet and play as a team.
Our dream is to have computers that we could use in the computer room after school to have our matches.
To get our team members in front of colleges to maximize these opportunities.
