I'm a 57 year Christian man. After my cell phone manufacturing company collapsed, I eventually was laid off. Had to take job a job for 10$ an hour at UPS. I ended up with a severe lacerated rotator cuff, major surgery & after almost a year of PT...I couldn't do that job anymore. Then I took a fall resiling in severe chest contusion. Month & half later I broke my back at L-1 vertebrae(compression fracture), but not on a job. My doctor has designated that I'm disabled & I am working on SSD/SSI, but I will be homeless, due to shortage of rent as I've had to use all my funds thus far.
Im asking for help, especially in the next 48-72 hours and today is the 21st. I live in a trailer, due to a separation/divorce. Have one dog, Nike who was just attacked twice by same lose PitBull. He was hurt very bad in his flanks. Vet bills! Uuugh I'm down to not enough funds to pay the management here at the RV park for Dec rent. I've finished my SSD/SSI information.
I'm am going into our county hospital in Ft. Worth, as my back is in worse pain & left leg is going numb and is painful to walk. Arms are going numb too and tingling pain on bottom of feet.
I am a good person and respect all people of all nationalities. I am a Christ follower, and am not ashamed of that. But I also respect others faiths and in my opinion that's what makes America a great place.
But right now I have to get to a neurosurgeon to help my back and shoulder. I also have a severe stomach issue but is probably mostly due to stress.
I have only a short time pay rent and necessities/medical bills and now vet bills. I have another SSD doctor appointment on Dec 1 and await the SSD decision thereafter. If positive, I'll get my SSD/SSI which help me from having to have a Gofundme campaign. After Dec 1st i need to go to Houston for alternative treatment.
Once I return here I'll try to continue to serve as best I can & get more involved in my church.
But first I have to get closer or to my Gofundme goal.
This is the most humbling thing I've ever had to do. I'm not ashamed, but I have no pride left. I would be happy to forward to any donors or potential donors, a copy of my resume. (As well as copies of hospital and doctors reports as best I can) So if you get this and read it, just know that I'm praying and that I'm praying for blessings to all who reads this as well as those who donated. Y'all are the best.
