Bryant's critical dental treatment

I made this page for my boyfriend Bryant Barfield, who is in need of critical dental work.  We went to The University of Alabama in Birmingham at their dental school. We were told he needed 10 teeth in total removed.  Three of them are impacted in the gum line, and 7 erupted teeth with exposed nerves. The 7 exposed nerves have created an infection that shows signs of first stage gum disease. To keep the gum disease from progressing they must be removed. Two of the three impacted teeth have caused his jaw bone to narrow, creating the risk of it breaking the jaw bone if left untreated. They will have to sedate him for roughly 12 hours and removed all 10 at the same time so there is no risk of the infection recurring. The total cost of removal and sedation will be $1450 as well as $300 for a partial denture plate in order to be able to use his teeth after removing so many of them.  Life has been very difficult for us the past few years, and we can hardly make it as it is. We are so scared of the infection spreading, and possibly being fatal to him. We have pictures of his X-rays and the dental plan with prices.
