Bruno Gagne Memorial Scholarship

Because we are unable to have a memorial service, we would like to honour the memory of Bruno by giving a scholarship to students in Parksville towards their post secondary education. Bruno grew up in a small town in Quebec and his family had very little money. When he was 18 he joined the Military, which gave him the opportunity to further his education and led to a long career in computers and IT management. The scholarship will be organized through the Parksville Legion. If you would like to join us in honouring Bruno's memory in this way, then in lieu of flowers please consider contributing to this scholarship fund.
