Hello to you all. My name is Brunecia Lee and I’m 22 years old. I started having absent seizures in November of 2023. At the time, neither I nor my family knew they were seizures. They were made worse by my car wreck on January 26, 2024. In March of 2024, I had my first epileptic seizure, and things got worse. Fast forward to September of 2025, not only am I dealing with focal to generalized epilepsy, but I am also dealing with Major Depressive Disorder, which leaves me in pain, and Generalized Anxiety, which leaves me feeling suffocated in public places.

For seizures alone, I’ve had over 10 hospital visits and I’m not able to pay because I do not meet Medicaid eligibility requirements. I am currently out of work because my job failed to accommodate me for my seizures and asthma and left me in the dusty air, with no proper air circulation, heat, and dust. Everyone was well aware of my conditions. Since working there, my seizures picked up. They have accommodated workers of other descent and left me back there. I told them I felt discriminated against and I was called rude.

I have decided to make this for necessary medical reasons such as medications and copay, as well as personal life, and I do plan to seek legal action. Thank you guys in advance! ❤️
