Going Home to Family and Health

I am raising funds for my move to Denver on July 8, 2017. I must be out of my existing home in a few weeks.
I have been in a state of declining health for a couple of years (three heart attacks and complications). There is hope but I need to get to where the correct help exists, and I need to go home. My family is in Denver and the correct professionals are already lined up to assist.
My challenge is, being mostly unemployable for many months, I have drained all resources. I am earning less than needed for simple expenses and "the move" takes cash. I am grateful for a ton of volunteer manpower on both ends (I am currently disabled) to make the work happen.
I will need to cover a U-Haul (not too big), fuel, travel expenses (I eat like a bird and sleep in the truck), landing fees, and first month rent or other arrangement.
This is hard for me – asking for help in this way, but I am learning help is not available if I do not ask. I've been a part of the SoCal scene in community and business for over 40 years, have connected with so many amazing people, and hope I added something with each person I touched.
Any amount raised not used specificaly for my move will be donated to a food kitchen in Denver.
