Bruce Clarke's cancer fight

My name is Bruce Clarke and back in December I had pnenomia and on one of the xrays they saw a spot on my lung. A CT scan showed several spots in my lungs and 2 spots on my liver. We got the biopsy report back today and it confirmed that unfortunately the colon cancer that I had in 2014 has come back and has spread to my lungs and my liver. It is stage 4 colon cancer and is not curable but treatable. They said that the median survival rate is 2 to 3 years. This can be extended if my body responds well to the treatment. I will be having surgery in the next week to put in a chemotherapy port under my skin and will start chemo shortly after that.

As you can probably imagine the cost of these as well as other treatments some of which might be clinical trials have already been very expensive. I have never been one to ask for anything but due to the costs already and the fact that as we sell our home we will have expenses around that and we will also need to hire someone to move us I am going to set up a go fund me account for this.
