Brownstown Bears

First off before I tell you all the back story, my goal and dream is to give these young men the same opportunity that I had while I was chasing my dreams and goals as a professional basketball player.

My name is Allen White, the now owner and coach of the Brownstown Bears, who plays in Maximum Basketball League(MBL). I was asked to coach the team in the summer of 2021 in its first year of existence  

A few things happened 3 games into the season. We lost our home gym, the owner resigned and asked do I want the team? I thought about it long and hard. I went from just being the head coach to now having to be in charge of everything.

Everything includes first and foremost finding and securing a home gym for rentals. Away games, I have to make sure every player gets to/from the game while putting something in their stomach so they won’t go home hungry. Home games I have to coordinate referees and make sure everything is ran right while also coaching the game. 

I’m looking for help in providing these guys the same opportunities that I had. Things aren’t like they were when I was playing 10 plus years ago. Things have gotten a lot more expensive then it was. Any help is and will be appreciated.
