Hey everybody!!

I never thought I would need to do something like this, but I need your help.

Because of the medical issues I've been having since July, I've not been able work. I used up all of my sick leave and vacation time which got me through to December. I'm now on a Leave of Absence.

Because there is no pay, there are no deductions being taken. So, if I want to keep my health insurance, I have to pay for it myself. ( Do you see where I'm going with this?)

The premium is 880.00.

Paying this will allow me keep the health bed I have and continue getting home care, specifically Physical Therapy. (The extra is for whatever fees GoFundMe is charging)

I've applied for disability, but I don't know when,or if, it will be approved. Cross your fingers!!

Please, don't feel guilty if you can't donate. I know some of you are struggling, as well; just add me to your prayers.
