Brooks Family Tragedy Assistance

Andrew suffered a fall in June which fractured his neck and caused spinal cord damage. His wife and family were told that he would likely not make it through the surgery to repair his vertebrae and decompress his spinal column, but even if he did, he would spend the rest of his life in a wheelchair. Andrew's wife was afraid she would be left to raise their two year old daughter alone.  With determination (Andrew stated that he needed to learn to walk so that he may one day escort his daughter down the aisle), physical therapy, and many many prayers, Andrew is indeed walking with crutches. Although he has made progress that was not predicted, SCI is a lifelong disability which has rendered him partially paralyzed with limited use of his hands. He will be out of work for an undetermined length of time. In the meantime, bills are piling up, including the many co-pays and medical deductibles. At the moment, the family's rent and utilities are overdue and credit cards are at their limit. This family could use your support and prayers to help them in this difficult time.
