Brooklyn Fire Fund for Construction Workers & Fam

We are a family of 8,  my husband, my 1-year old baby, my father in law, my two bothers in laws and two cousins.We moved to New York City  from Guatemala and since then we have made Brooklyn our home. A year ago we moved to the house located on 1962 85 St Brooklyn NY 11214.  

On Monday, January 25, 2021 at 8:30AM, I was sleeping with my baby until my brother in law realized that the house was on fire. We all had to ran out of the house with absolutely nothing.  We were so afraid, but we feel blessed to be alive. 

We lost everything we needed to survive this pandemic. We were forced to start all over again with my husband, my 1 year old baby, father in law, 2 bothers in law and two cousins.

During the fire, everyone had left to work in construction, except me, my baby and my bother in law. We couldn't save anything .

We are trying to raise $20,000 to pay the rent and get the essentials to survive this coming month. Everything we raise here will support everyone who live in the third flood.
