Help to Broaden Her Horizons

My daughter has worked hard to overcome many difficult obstacles in her 14 years of life. She is a bright, articulate, and curious young lady with unique perspectives and a natural talent for debate. She has demonstrated a strong interest in politics, history, and government affairs. I want her to have this opportunity to foster her interests and broaden her horizons. This is likely a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for her.

I am a single mother with a brain injury on a fixed income raising two children with autism as different as night and day. I have never been comfortable with the idea of asking for a handout but my daughter deserves this opportunity. I have done the math with every possible  variation and I simply cannot afford to provide her with the necessary means for this trip.

 Those lucky enough to attend the class trip will visit Washington DC, Gettysburg, and New York City. 
March 19 - March 23, 2018. 

This trip could prove to be a gateway to her future.
