Bro. Gregory Cartrette waiting for a new ❤️

Blessed greetings to you and yours. I come to you today to help my brother and sister in law who are in need. They are not just my in laws but close family. Gregory and Susan Cartrette are currently in Duke Medical Center ICU in Durham, NC waiting for a Heart Transplant for Gregory. Gregory is 48 years of age and is an amazing preacher who lives by God’s Holy Word. Him and Susan have been married for 27 beautiful years with 4 children, 1 son in law, and 3 gorgeous grandchildren, they love dearly. Gregory and Susan are the backbones of their close knit family. Susan has always been a great provider considering Gregory has been sick with his heart for many years. Susan has not left her husbands side during all of this time. She is what God calls a Virtous Woman in Proverbs 31. They are unable to leave Duke until Gregory receives his new heart, which there is no telling when that will be. This you can imagine is putting a strain financially on them. It would be greatly appreciated if you could help them financially and by prayer. They never asked for help but is trusting in God’s promise of taking care of them. They have served God faithfully for many years and will continue so during this test of their TESTimony. They still have obligations at home and now for any needs in the hospital including the hospital bills after insurance. Thank you to everyone in advance for the help you give them.

I asked for them to send me a message from what was going on and this is from them today——My name is Gregory. I am at Duke Hospital waiting on a new heart. I have had 4 open heart surgeries in my life from a newborn baby, 5 years, 12 years, 24 years. They have always had to fix my aorta valve. I am in congestive heart failure now and my fluid is backing up in my lungs which is making my heart become stiff on my right and left side that is making my heart become very enlarged and not working good to make the blood flow thru to my heart. We cannot leave the hospital till I get a new heart. My wife is up here with me and she isn’t able to work she has to be here to make very important decisions and all the test that I have to have. I am a preacher and I carry Gods word. We are a family that believes in God and prayer and desire everyone’s prayers.
