<div>My cousin Brittany Guerriero is currently grappling with a handful of severe health issues related to the dysfunction of her autonomic nervous system (dysautonomia). The curative effort to minimize symptoms, obtain further diagnoses, and undergo additional vital testing has been financially debilitating. She has been diagnosed with Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), Binocular Vision Dysfunction, and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis, among other things. Many of the specialists that Brittany needs to see do not accept her insurance. Moreover, these specialists tend to be out of state which would incur substantial travel expenses.
