Brittany's fight against breast cancer

Brittany Geist is the wife of Zac Geist, former owners of House of Bouncers. Zac and Brittany have 3 beautiful & active daughters, Kami, Kylee and Kassidy.
At age 39, Brittany was diagnosed with Pleo morphic invasive lobular breast cancer on May 1, 2019. This is an aggressive cancer and they got her started right away with chemo on May 15, 2019.
She had to go to 4 months of chemotherapy. Brittany went every Wednesday and would finally start feeling better around Monday just in time to go again.
Brittany was schedule for a double mastectomy and lymph node removal on October 30, 2019. During this surgery, things didn’t go as planned and now she has to wait until next year to finish up her reconstruction.
Next on her plan is 5 weeks of radiation followed by a hysterectomy and final reconstruction surgery.
The family has, so far, about $18,000 out of pocket for medical bills and that’s just the minimum so far. Plus monthly medicine of at least $300 for 10 years.
This is a very sweet and humble family who would never ask for help. Don't worry, Geist family, that is what the EPA is here for.
