Thursday March 8th 2018, Britni was woken up at 3 a.m. by harassing calls demanding the key to her car by her children's father who was waiting outside of her house. The car was in Britni's possession since July of 2017 when her children's father was in jail and signed a release to all his possessions, to which she was able to get the car out of impound per his instruction. She paid $1000 to get the car out of impound and another $900 to catch up on the missed payments to take the car of the repossession list, she then payed monthly payments of $300. The car was insured under Britni's name only to which the children's father was excluded. Never once was the car asked to be returned and come November 11th 2017 when her children's father won 820k he paid off the car and let her know it was hers to keep, and that he has no use for it as he had bought himself a truck. He then told her he would send the title of ownership to her, but unfortunately has been holding the title over her head for months.
March 1st 2018 her children’s father was served with custody papers and that resulted in him leaving Arizona to come take the car from her.
Britni and her two kids Gage 4, and Kolton 8 months, are in need of a reliable car. The car she had was Toyota Corolla SE, we are hoping to raise enough money for a reliable car like the Corolla she had.
