Bringing William Tsai Home to MD

William Tsai (our amazing, inspiring uncle) has been ill for many months in Taiwan, due to complications from Parkinsons. He wants (and needs) to come back to Maryland, and we are all very eager to welcome him back. Uncle William is finally stable enough to travel, but because of his condition he needs special medical personnel and equipment in order to travel across the globe.  We want to help his family with the massive fees (>$68,000 (US $) required to bring Uncle William home.
