Darin Harper. R.I.P
Darin left the family home as a young man to explore the big wide world and collect a huge number of friends along the way. He made a home in London, Brighton, Canada & America to name but a few places, testimony to his love of adventure and his love of meeting new people.
It is very clear from the loads of lovely messages we've recieved how much love and time he gave to the people he met throughout his life.
We have been truly touched by all the stories that have been shared from people literally all over the world, about all the antics the big guy got up to and it has been truly comforting, Darin had a real Zest for life, a very infectious laugh and always made time for people when ever they needed to chat whether it be a personal or work related issue, he always went that extra mile.
As a family we've had long conversations about whether to bring Darin home, to complete the circle, and we've decided that it is important that we do, we want to be able to commemorate his life and give him a special final resting place where the family can visit and find comfort.
Since learning the tragic news of Darin's passing we've received lots of kind offers of practical Support and requests to help with the not inconsiderable costs of bringing him home, So we have created this page as a way to recieve any contributions, with any remaining funds to go to the Learning Light Foundation and Change, Huntington Beach to Anaheim California, that he had a very special bond with.
Once again we'd like to thank everyone for sending their memories, stories and photos of Darin.
