Bring Odin Home

Donation protected
Some of you may have seen this missing child photo going around on facebook. Here is the story behind it....
Our good friend Bekah has a daughter named Dominique. Two years ago Domi gave birth to a little boy named Odin. Bekah has helped support Domi and Odin for the entirety of the two years. Sometimes from afar when they were living in Maryland, and other times when they lived with her, her husband, and Domi’s brother Trent at their home in South Carolina. She has kept Odin for Domi a number of times including this past summer when Domi traveled to Mexico for a month.
Domi and Odin visited Bekah and her family for Halloween this year. When Bekah and her husband brought them back home to Maryland on 11/2 they did not know this would be the last time they would see Odin. This was goodbye. With no mention of this to Odin’s biological father and extended family, Dominque had been coordinating with an adoptive family in Iowa for 8 months and he was to be adopted by them this December.
Through Domi’s poor choice and irrational decisions over the years, her family worries about the possibility of mental illness.
There were many attempts on Bekahs part to FaceTime Odin between 11/2 and 12/17 but Domi did not allow it. Domi spoke to Bekah on the evening of 12/17 and when Bekah requested to speak or FaceTime Odin, Domi responded with “he’s sleeping”.
12/17 was the last night Bekah spoke to Domi. After 12/17 Domi deleted her Facebook account and turned off her phone. This is when Bekah began to seriously worry about the wellbeing of her grandson. Bekah contacted the police in Maryland and they were able to do a well check on Odin at the residence he and Domi were supposed to be living. When the police arrived they were told, by someone else living there, that Domi had left and that Odin had been given up for adoption 2 weeks prior.
This was heartbreaking and devastating to Odin’s family. Bekah shared a missing child post on facebook in hopes someone would have seen Domi or Odin recently. Someone, somewhere, had to know where her grandson and daughter were. The post did exactly what it was intended to do. Domi’s most current boyfriend reluctantly came forward with information on Odin’s whereabouts. Bekah has since Spoken with Odins biological father, Sean, who was unaware and uninvolved in this process. Sean has been a part of Odins life since he was born. He has been utilizing his rights as the biological father up until Domi stopped all communication with him. Sean is also in a panic worried about his son. Seans lack of involvement or knowledge of the adoption makes us wonder if it was done illegally.
Obviously Sean, Bekah, and their family are devastated. You can see in the photos and videos Odin is loved more than anything in this world by his family. Domi never shared with her family that she no longer wanted to be a mother to Odin. If given the opportunity to adopt him, they would have in a heart beat. If you know Bekah you know that she is not only an amazing mother, but she is the proudest, most loving grandmother you will ever meet. Bekah’s joy is contagious, and to be in her company is a privilege.
This is going to be a long, hard process and we are asking and begging for two things.
Please pray for this family during this difficult time. Pray that Odin’s adoptive family is kind, and loving, and that he is in a safe place for the time being. It has not yet been confirmed exactly where he is or who he is with. At this point, it is all hearsay.

Please help us bring Odin home to his family. Please donate anything you can spare. Even if that is change, or a dollar, or two, or ten. Bringing Odin home is going to be a long and expensive process. Legal fees, travel fees, time away from work, and the means to be able to research if this adoption was falsified.

Every thought, prayer, and donation is so greatly appreciated! Bekah is already swarmed with lawyer fees just trying to confirm that her own grandson is safe. Let’s come together and form an army around her and Odin. Our initial goal is $1500 by Christmas! THANK YOU, and please help us spread the word by sharing this page.

Jesus Lord our prayer to you is that everyone involved in this horrific situation is surrounded by your love and filled with your spirit. We ask that you bless each and every person that donates, Prays, or extends a helping hand or thought in this sweet families direction that you bless them abundantly. Lord, we know what your promises are. We know that sometimes there are things in this life that are unexplainable. We ask that you come into Domi’s heart and bring her out of wherever she is in hiding and fill her heart with love and compassion because we know she is in a dark place. We pray for the adoptive family to feel compassion and understanding for how loved and cherished Odin is to all of us. And just as we understand the pain and hurt they must be feeling, that they also understand the Beck-Felts families suffering as well. We ask that you watch Odin and keep him safe, and that he knows he is so very loved each and everyday until he is returned to his family. We know that when two or more gather together in your name you are there! In Jesus name we pray, Amen!
