Needs Medical attention in U.S.

My brother has been living in China with his wife and kids.  He has been dealing with alot of Medical issues in the last few years and is now trying to get back home to America because the hospital can no longer do anything for him like the hospitals in America can.  He has recently had surgeries on his legs to drain the excess water retention which has depleted his funds.  He is currently stable enough to fly but needs help with his travels.  Due to his weight and size he has to have certain accommodations.  He will have to lay back and be able to lift his legs and he will need to have someone with him to travel.  It will cost $125,000 to have him brought back here on a medical evacuation.   His family can not come up with this large amount.  That actually only pays for the plane.  I have called and reached out to so many resources and I haven't got any good news.  It makes it hard because he is in China.  I hope to raise enough money for one of us (his family members) to go to China and bring him home so he can get better.  He is only 45yrs old and has a beautiful family to live for.  He has been battling these ailments for a couple of years now because he couldn't leave due to not being medically able to travel.  The chinese hospital says that he will be able to fight the infection better in America because we have more available medicines and there is equipment here to deal with larger people.
