<div>My wife, the love of my life, was taken by ICE on April 14, 2025, during her appointment at USCIS for her green card interview. What seemed like a very important and exciting day for both of us because we were so close to obtaining my wife's legal status, turned into one of our worst nightmares when she was detained by ICE and sent to the detention center in Calexico, CA.

<div>My wife is originally from Mexico and has lived in the United States since 2013. She arrived here at the age of 11. More than my wife, she is a daughter, sister, and a very loving aunt. The entire family misses her dearly, especially her little nephews. Yocari has no criminal record and has always demonstrated excellent conduct, with no criminal record. She excelled at academic performance and obtained an excellent GPA at Long Beach Community College, where she was enrolled in her last semester to obtain her degree in Fashion Design.

<div>This entire experience has been an overwhelming and unbearable trauma for both her and I, being separated from her all this time and having to drive hundreds of miles to see her just a few hours a week and try to comfort her during these difficult times. She suffers from severe anxiety and intense panic attacks. As a result from when she was hit in the nose in a car accident a few days before being arrested. The accident caused several injuries and fractures that require reconstruction and medical attention.

<div>It is an emotional pain to see all our dreams disappearing as the days go by, as we have not received any answers yet.

<div>Mi esposa, el amor de mi vida, fue tomada por ICE en Abril 14, 2025 durante su cita en USCIS para su entrevista para su recidencia. Lo que parecía ser un día muy importante y emocionante para nosotros dos porque estábamos tan cercas de cumplir el estatus legal de mi esposa, pasó a ser una de nuestras peores pesadillas, cuando ella fue detenida por ICE y enviada al centro de detención de Calexico CA.

<div>Mi esposa es originaria de México y ha vivido en los Estados Unidos desde el 2013. Ella llegó ala edad de 11. Más que mi esposa, es hija, hermana y una tía muy cariñosa. Lo cual toda la familia la extraña mucho en especial sus pequeños sobrinos. Yocari no tiene ningún récord criminal siempre a demostrado tener una conducta excelente, sin antecedentes penales y en ella destaca un gran desempeño académico y excelente GPA en el colegio comunitario de Long Beach, donde estaba tomando su último semestre escolar para poder obtener su degree en la rama de Fashion Designer.

<div>Toda esta experiencia a sido un trauma abrumadora e insoportable tanto para ella como para mí al estar separado de ella todo este tiempo y tener que manejar cientos de millas para verla solo unas horas a la semana y tratar de consolarla en estos momentos tan difíciles, ya que sufre de ansiedad severa y sufre intensos ataques de pánico, en consecuencia que fue víctima de un golpe en la nariz tras un accidente automovilístico unos días antes de ser detenida, el accidente le causó varias lesiones y fracturas que requieren reconstrucción y atención médica

<div>Es un dolor emocional al ver que todos nuestros sueños se an estado desapareciendo al paso de los días, ya que no hasta el momento no hemos recibido ninguna respuesta.
