Bring Tom home for medical care

Many of you will remember Tom, he is a memeber of our board for Healthy Horizons in Honduras. Tom is a US citizen that moved to Honduras 27 years ago.  He is an Apiarist (beekeeper)andtravelled to Honduras with the peace corp to teach locals how to use local bees to make honey. 
Long story short, he loved being in rural Honduras and decided to stay and continue to help the community in many different aspects.  He became a teacher at one of the schools, got married to a local lady and has 3 kids and 5 grandkids.
Recently, after some on going abdominal pain, Tom has been diagnosed with cancer at age 50! The type of cancer he has can't be treated in Honduras and he needs to come to the USA.
Tom lives a very modest life and has no extra money for a flight home or any extra medical expenses.  Even at this time we have been sending what we can so the local doctor can purchase what is needed to keep him comfortable.
