Bring the Okyay Children Home

My estranged German-national husband and father of our two children aged 10 and 11, requested my consent that he take our two children to his parents home in Germany for summer vacation. I thought it would be a great adventure for the children and I consented with the caveat that he provide their itinerary with a return flight home to Tampa International Airport, scheduled for August 12, 2019.
Ten days into the trip, he advised that he would not be returning to Tampa, U.S.A. with the children. That he and the children would be residing in Germany with his elderly parents, permanently. At that point, he cut off all direct contact between myself and my children via phones of their own. Since that time, I can only see the children from his phone once a week for 1 to 3 minutes.
It is now over a week since they were due to arrive home, and eight days missed school. I have contacted the FBI, the State Dept., Nat'l Center for exploited and abused children, Tampa PD, FDLE, American Consulate in Germany, the state attorney and Hillsborough county attorney. You would think that federal law enforcement would act quickly to enforce the law in this matter. But unfortunately it does not work that way. I need an attorney to help me file the appropriate court papers so that a judge can order the return of the children, and then and only then, can law enforcement act.
That's what brings me here, today. I have been referred to a Tampa attorney who specializes in these matters. I know the process is costly and I am looking for a second job to cover fees. If ya'll would be so kind to donate, even a small amount, to the cause of returning my beautiful, American children back to me in the United States of America as soon as possible, your generosity is greatly appreciated.
