Bring the joy of dance to the community

Want to join me in making a difference? I'm raising money to benefit ComMotion - Community in Motion, and any donation will help make an impact. Thanks in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me and to the community.

The mission of ComMotion is to enable everyone to get a chance to experience the many benefits of dance and movement, regardless of their age, ability, or circumstances.  Dance promotes strength, flexibility, balance, posture & coordination while also reducing pain, depression, anxiety, and stress.  ComMotion has taught dance and movement classes for more than 10,000 people of all ages and abilities, including military veterans, cancer survivors, seniors, kids, and people with disabilities.  The value of these dance programs is best described in the words of a military veteran: "I'm not one that like’s to be around a lot of people but the dancing took my mind away from that.  I can't thank you enough for bringing a smile back to my heart.”
