Bring the heart champ home

Elijah has been in the hospital since birth in July of 2016. He was diagnosed with Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome, and with that, diagnosis doctors were preparing Elijah's family to say goodbye. But God had different plans. Elijah was flown from Atlanta to Grand Rapids, MI for a three part surgery to fix his heart and save his life. What his family thought would be a few week stay has now lasted a year. Elijah has endured 14 surgeries, every holiday and his first birthday in the hospital. And now hes the closest to going home than he's ever been before. The funds will assist with living expenses to include a daily in-home nurse and having to acquire residence within proximity to his heart doctor.
