Bring the groom his best man

Hi, my name is Ephraim, and I grew up in Israel. Like all Israelis we are required to go to the army. I served with my best friend, Yonatan. Yonatan is one of those people who always finds the best in others, and makes everyone laugh. 

During my early days in the army, Yonatan called me and insisted I come meet up with him. Little did I know that he was introducing me to the women of my dreams, my amazing wife today. And Yonatan had the honor of being my best man at my wedding. 

Yonatan went through a hard period of time but never lost his smile and passion for reaching the light. We went through a lot together, some unfortantly that I can not say publickly.  But I always knew he would make it out with his head held high, and that 'Yonatan smile' on his face. 

An old friend of Yonatan was getting married in LA. Yonatan being the loyal friend that he is, went down for the wedding. The day of his return flight to Israel, he got to the air port only to realize that his flight was cancelled without them telling him. His friend joked that his soul mate is here and he needs to stay to find her. Low and behold, he found her! Yonatan asked the question and she so happily said yes. Being the giving person that he is, he was happy to make his bride happy by having the wedding in LA. Even though he was sacrificing having all of his childhood friends be there with him.  So although I know it'll be a bit much to fly ALL of his friends down, I would, however, be beyond grateful if I could surpize him as his best friend at his wedding. 

After trying multiple ways of making this happen, I'm left with one last source.  You can make Yonatan happy on the most important day of his life!
