Hello! My name is Matthew Patterson. I live and manage a business in Charleston, SC.

On September 28th, my family and I were out to dinner when I first heard about the Hurricane Helene aftermath in Western North Carolina. I've never been a religious man, but at that moment, God gave me the call to go to North Carolina and help. First thing Monday morning, I got in contact with a gentleman who manages a store for us in Asheville. After hearing the devastation in his voice, I went to work. God blessed me with air in my lungs and the ability to talk. I started calling and emailing any contact I had in my phone. We left out the following Saturday morning with 5 loaded trucks, 2 SXS's, and a 15 ft enclosed trailer full of supplies. We have been taking in donations, helping with the needs of Western North Carolina every week since.

Last week, I partnered with Cane Bay Middle School out of Summerville, SC to start a backpack drive to provide the kids in North Carolina with a new backpack full of school supplies. On my next campaign, I would like to be able to provide a small community with a Thanksgiving dinner, and this is where I need your help. I am working with Coleen out of Bat Cave to get set up at the local church. Please help me show them the thanks in Thanksgiving.
