This fundraiser is for Roberto, a loving husband, devoted father, and hardworking man who means everything to his family. On Saturday, September 5, 2026, Roberto was detained by ICE during a family vacation in Laughlin, Nevada. What should have been a time together as a family quickly turned into a heartbreaking and frightening situation. Roberto’s absence has left his wife and children in Los Angeles, California, facing overwhelming emotional pain and uncertainty as they do everything they can to bring him back home where he belongs.

The funds raised will help cover urgent immigration lawyer fees and court bond fees so Roberto has a fair chance to fight his case and reunite with his family. Roberto is known as a kind, humble, and generous person, and this sudden crisis has placed a heavy financial strain on the people who love him most. His family is humbly asking for support in any way possible, whether through a donation, sharing this fundraiser, or keeping Roberto and his loved ones in your prayers. Every act of kindness will help bring Roberto one step closer to coming home to his wife and children.
