Bring Puck and Pasha to Australia

After 12 years of knowing each other and 10 years of me visiting the US from Australia every year, Emily married me in April 2018 and agreed to move to Australia to live with me. Our intention was to bring her dog, Puck and cat, Pasha, over as soon as possible once Australia's lengthy quarantine process was done with. The animals have stayed with wonderful friends of ours who agreed to look after them for this limited run until we could bring them over.
We budgeted. We saved. Then the agent payment requirements behind Emily's partner visa changed with no notice and instead of paying the $7000 of fees off over 2 years, we had to fork it (and $3000 of agent fees) over immediately.
Now add a surgery that took forever to heal. And two major chronic health conditions that wiped out our savings.
Now we have to get Puck from upstate New York and Pasha from outside Chicago, move them to LA in September and get them on the plane to Melbourne so they can get into quarantine.
We know there are about a million things going on that you could be spending your money on. We honestly would not be asking if we hadn't been cornered and stomped on and left with nothing but a GoFundMe page to beg our loved ones and strangers for help. We've always chipped in to others, but never expected to the ones asking for a hand.
What we can promise is this: as we get back on our feet, we will donate whatever spare cash we have up to this amount to either the RSPCA or Animal Welfare League, who do amazing work for dogs, cats and other companion pets all over the country.

Jokes aside, we're coming to you at our humblest and asking you to please help us reunite our family. Anything you can toss in to help will go a long way to paying for flights, quarantine, accommodation and other transport that's involved in this ordeal.
