<div>Panchito is a hardworking man and a familiar, loved face in the Ontario community. Many people know him as the kind street vendor who went out every day to earn an honest living by selling elotes. While simply trying to work and provide, he was taken by ICE. He is not a criminal. He has never harmed anyone. His only “crime” was trying to survive and support himself with dignity.

<div>This situation is especially urgent because Panchito has serious health issues and does not belong in a detention center. Every day he remains detained puts his health and life at risk. His family and community are living in fear and heartbreak, waiting and praying for his safe return.

<div>This fundraiser will help cover legal fees, lost income, and medical-related expenses, and support his loved ones while we fight for his freedom. No family should be torn apart, and no hardworking, loved community member should be treated as disposable.
