Throughout the legal process, extensive evidence, professional testimony, agency findings, therapy reports, and child welfare concerns have been presented regarding the children's safety and well-being.

<div>Despite these concerns, the children were removed from the safe, stable home they had shared with their mother and extended family and placed back into their father's custody. This decision has devastated our family and left us deeply concerned for the children's safety.
