Bring my brother home so he's properly at rest

Donation protected
My brother Quion Brown was involved in a boating accident in Panama Florida on June 15th, and that is when he tragically lost his life. We are trying to bring him home with all of his belongings. We also need to pay for his cremation along with the trip there and back. We were able to pay for his cremation thank you to very ones help. Now with the rest of the money we are able to raise we need to get all the legal stuff done to make sure his little brother is able to keep his big brothers dog Rex.

Me and my family plan on using any extra funds by having an memorial service  because we haven’t been able to have one yet. Along with getting small keepsake urns for all the siblings. Along with taking care of his dog Rex. We need to get his shot done and get him to a vet bad, food, the cost to now add him to the lease. He loved his dog like it was his own child because that was all he had. Also we would like to donate some of the left over funds if possible.

PARKER, Fla. (WJHG/WECP) - Officials have found the body of a missing 22-year-old man after a rafting accident.

Parker Police Chief Dennes Hutto said three individuals were in a raft on Martin Lake when it capsized, and all three went under.

“We understand there were two males and a female that were on the raft. They were in their early 20′s,” said Hutto. “Two of them came ashore and one was still missing.”

For the next four hours, Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission sent divers into the water and received assistance from Panama City Fire and Rescue. Drones were initially deployed, but police confirmed the lake was too murky to see down.

“They have found him and unfortunately he is deceased,” said Hutto.

The two others who came ashore are expected to be okay. Hutto said one of which was sent to the hospital for treatment.

“From what I understand, at least one of them is local, and some of the others are from up north visiting,” said Hutto.

Officials have the raft and said there is a puncture in it.

“So it’s not really a vessel in a sense, as FWC says it’s more of a recreational type toy to use on waterways,” said Hutto.

But no matter what vessel you’re on, Hutto said safety equipment is paramount when you’re on the waterways.

“When you’re on a vessel, you should always have some kind of a life jacket. Unfortunately, there were no life jackets in this incident,” said Hutto.

At this time, officials cannot release any information about the victims, and the cause of the capsize is still unknown.
