Bring Marylou Home
I know most of you have met my amazing friend Chris (who I also call my brother). This has been a very hard time for him, as his father recently passed away in the Philippines due to a stroke.
Upon hearing this terrible news, Chris’ mother, Marylou, flew to the Philippines to attend his funeral. Unfortunately, while she was in the Philippines, she too suffered a massive stroke and had to be admitted to the nearest hospital.
Marylou remains in the Philippines receiving care that she cannot afford. Due to her awful circumstances, her medical expenses must be paid out of pocket. Her insurance can only provide reimbursement at a later time, putting her in a serious predicament. She is unable to come home due to her financial and medical situation and can use all the help and support that we can provide.
She is a beautiful, loving woman who adores her two sons, and has devoted her life working as a registered nurse serving those who have needed intensive care.
