Bring Leigh and Joe Home

My children have been kidnapped and there is only one thing I can do about it... I have to get a lawyer.
Anyone who knows me, knows my children are my everything.  I have spent the last four years of my life trying to prove my worth to myself for my children.  I have a great job making enough to get by, I have my own home and I pay my own bills without asking for help.  I surround myself with loving supportive people because that is the lifestyle I want for my children.  
On Thanksgiving I dropped my children off at their father’s house thinking everything was fine.  Little did I know this would be the last time I would hold them in my arms.  When I returned from my Grandmother’s funeral on Sunday I received a call from their father. He told me that I was an unfit parent and that I would not be picking up my children. I laughed.  I really thought he was joking.  When I finally realized he was not joking I asked for an explanation he simply said "You live in your shoes you should know" ...  After speaking with the police they explained that because our custody agreement does not specify times they could not help.  They did tell me that their father has expressed concern that I am on drugs and am unfit to have my kids.  

I used the last bit of cash I had to hire a lawyer that has helped me get the process started.  He thinks I have a strong case!  But I can’t afford to have him appear in court with me.  I don’t like to ask for help for anything ever.  I am a strong believer that if you want something you have to work for it.  But I NEED HELP!!!   I can’t lose my children. I have worked too hard to come this far and be shot down by someone else’s words.

I understand it’s the holiday season and money is really hard to come by.  Please help me get my children back and grant the best Christmas miracle ever. You will never understand the magnitude of you generosity!
