Big things are happening in the Rapp family in 2018. We are ADOPTING!!!!
God has been moving and we will be going forward with the adoption of sweet Landry. She is 13 1/2 years old. She also has cerebral palsy. With physical therapy, prayers, lots of love, and perseverence it is believed that she will be able to walk and regain most, if not all, of her independent movements.
In China kids age out of the "system" at 14 years old. They are no longer eligible for adoption and have no where to go. There are no programs for kids with disabilities after they age out and the prospects are grim. All of that to say, we have a very short timeline. We have 1/3 of the time it usually takes to complete an international adoption. She will be 14 in July.
We need your help, your prayers, your support. Help us bring our daughter home. Over the next few months we will be adding a bedroom to our home to prepare a place for her and praying as a family for her to know how loved and wanted she is until we get there.
