<div>On May 21, 2026 my hubsand Jose was wrongfully detained by ICE without a warrant and in front of our 3 year old daughter on their way to school. He was transported to Aurora ICE detention facility. Jose already has a an approved I-130 from 2022 and a 601A pending since 2024 to adjust his current immigration status.
