<div>Hello, my name is Laura Bahena, and I was raised in Poza Rica, Veracruz, Mexico. Although I now live in the US, many of my loved ones still live there. In recent days, severe rains and flooding have devastated my hometown. Rivers have overflowed, bridges have collapsed, and entire communities are struggling to recover from the destruction.

<div>While my family is safe, many others in our community have lost everything. Families are without shelter, food, and necessities. Seeing the place where I grew up damaged and struggling to recover has truly broken my heart.

<div>I created this fundraiser to help support the families in Poza Rica who are suffering from this natural disaster and urgently need our help to rebuild their lives. Even from far, I believe we can come together to bring hope, relief, and strength to those who need it most.
