Bring Eva Home Safely

Donation protected
On Tuesday July 4, 2017 around 1:30 am, Eva Allen (67), the mother of Monica Johnson and Debra Allen went missing. Eva was diagnosed with bipolar disorder many years ago and recently with dementia. Her family fears that her dementia worsens without medication and unaware of what she is doing and her whereabouts. She has not contacted anyone which is very unlike her.
The family is working with the Dekalb County police department but so far search efforts have been unsuccessful. We are raising funds to help with private search efforts to find Eva, bring her home safely, and support the Allen family. This may include the hiring of a private investigator, providing reward money, or providing crisis assistance to the family.

Mental illness is one of the most difficult challenges for an individual and their family to face. Often times it seems taboo and many dismiss those suffering from mental illness  with  a stigma of judgment and negativity; including law enforcement, some family, and friends. Please, help support the Allen family through this difficult time by donating what you can to the efforts of finding their loved one.  Any funds that are unused after Eva returns home will be donated to a charity of the family's choosing.

This fund was set up by Ebony Harris, a colleague and friend of the Allen Family.
