Bring ebook.bike to Justice

On Wednesday, March 27, 2019, I filed a federal lawsuit for copyright infringement in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas against defendants Travis Robert McCrea and Francisco Humberto Dias, the latter doing business as “Frantech Solutions.”  The case is styled Van Stry v. McCrea et al., No. 2:19-cv-00104 (E.D. Tex. filed Mar. 27, 2019), and was assigned to Judge Rodney Gilstrap in the Marshal Division.  I filed suit because there were many of my books on McCrea’s eBook.Bike which were available for distribution without my permission.

As I said in the earlier statement, litigation is expensive. Very very expensive. I'm currently nineteen thousand plus dollars out of pocket to my attorneys, and that was just to file the case, we haven't even gone to court yet. I expect that will cost significantly more money than I've already spent. Hence why I am asking for your support.
