Bring Grandpa Dave back to Chicago

Family and Friends,

Grandpa Dave is not doing well and currently in a hospital in Florida. He suffered multiple strokes over the past month. The first stoke impaired his ability to walk, the second to swallow. I was blessed to bring myself and his two Grandsons from Japan immediately upon his first hospitalization. Unfortunately, we were not able to financially stay in FL any longer and had to return to our home in Japan. My wonderful sister is still located in the Chicago area and we are relocating Dad to be closer to her and his new Granddaughter. Grandpa Dave is in a critical place medically and regardless of God's plan for him, we all know that his days will be much better closer to his daughter, son-in-law, and new granddaughter, and all the amazing support from you in the Chicago area. 

Dad will need a Medical Transport to safely make it from FL to Chicago. Please consider helping us afford this necessary relocation for Grandpa Dave.
